THESPIAN

Hailing from the "City of Brotherly Love" the son of two visual artists... I gravitated towards acting at a young age.  Philadelphia was a great place to begin my artistic journey.  As a  proud member  of the first graduating class of Philadelphia High School for Creative and Performing Arts my training took me to New York City by way of Syracuse.  At Syracuse University I had classmates such as Academy Award winner Aaron Sorkin and the incomparable Vanessa Williams.  I earned my equity card Off-Broadway at LaMama Theater in an innovative production of Sam Shepard's "The Tooth of Crime."    Paul Robeson said that "Artists are the gatekeepers of truth."   That's definitely my mission whether on set or on stage -- using my craft to truthfully inhabit the characters I play.   Film and television work includes roles on FOX's "9-1-1,"  ABC's "This Is Us," Amazon's "Bosch," CBS's "Criminal Minds," and HBO's "Treme."

When I'm not at work, I really love spending time with my wife exploring new places.   I enjoy and appreciate photography, art, architecture... music... and spending time in nature.  

Traveling to other countries also feeds the soul.  It always confirms that people share more similarities than differences.    We can recognize and celebrate the differences that make us all unique and special.  Tolerance, peace and empathy should be the goal both here at home and around the globe.
